These may not be appropriate for all beginners, but offers an opportunity for yoga practitioners to advance in their upside-down skills outside of a vinyasa classroom practice. There is no timeline to effectively shift our perspectives or to build physical strength, but there are mental and physical benefits to moving with confident caution into these forms.
