What I do
I serve my students through the lens of Christ to stay authentic to who God created you to be. Classes incorporate stability and mobility movements, prayer, meditation, and worship, and breath practices.
A yogi tries to help the whole person in both public group practices and during individual. For 1:1 Yoga Therapy clients, we will discuss your goals for continued healing or to reduce pain, and set priorities. I will create a specialized 6-week course schedule for you. We will discuss breath practices, physical alignment, meditation, core muscle engagement, balance and stability, chanting, pain reduction, and more!
