This weighted blanket is for use with your yoga practice, while riding in a car or plane, and beyond. This hand-made double layered fabric blanket is double stitched for durability. Here is some important information about your purchase:

· Rice: This product uses rice to add weight. This means the product is susceptible to bugs and may be very interesting to certain pets. Please keep out of reach of pets, place in the freezer for 24-hours once monthly, and store in a dry location.

· Hot Therapy: You are welcome to place this blanket in the microwave for 30-35 seconds at a time for warm therapy. Be cautious! Warm slowly and shake the blanket to distribute the warmth evenly before using.

· Cold Therapy: You may place this product in the freezer to reduce inflammation, wrap around your head for headaches, or for any other use as a cold therapy tool.

· Cleaning: Spot clean only with a damp rag. Do not submerge. Not machine washable.
