Teaching Christ-centered yoga practices I receive condemnation from both Christians and traditional yogis. In the beginning I was nearly derailed from my calling, but YOU don’t have to feel alone on this journey! I can help and come alongside you.

For years, I have taken calls with new yoga teachers, instructors that have been teaching but are facing adversity, and instructors that have left the field of instructing yoga and are seeking encouragement to re-engage. I would like to offer you the opportunity to be heard, to offer you information on how I continue to overcome adversity, to audit your practices and offer feedback, to pray with you on this journey, and more! I would like to help you improve in the areas you want it most so you can step into your own God given talents with confidence.
