Slow Flow Yoga

Introspective slow movements linking breath with motion. Focus is on breath work and reliance on God through meditation and worship with calming praise music. Slow enough for all levels while giving the most advanced student the opportunity for growth. All levels are welcome - Participants need to be able to move off and on the floor with minimal assistance.

Classes are taught through a trauma-sensitive approach. Student safety and security is a high priority. Hands-on assists are not given unless participant permission has been obtained prior to the start of class.

Each practice begins with a theme introduction and basic class flow breakdown to offer clear expectations. Class opens and closes with a prayer.

Michelle is a shared-experience instructor, meaning she stays on her mat moving with you, unless she announces she is moving around the room.

Recommended Supplies: Yoga mat, yoga block, and yoga strap

There are mats, blocks, and straps are available to borrow, but supplies are limited. Use at your own risk.
